My name is Julia and I have lifelong passion for inner work, ancient wisdom, and spiritual studies. From an early age, I experienced intuitive and clairvoyant perception, which naturally guided me toward spiritual inquiry across cultures and traditions. What began as childhood curiosity evolved into a lifelong path of study, practice, and embodied experience.

 

As a teenager, I underwent a spiritual awakening. This event deepened my commitment to disciplined spiritual inquiry and personal transformation.

 

In the early 2010s, following the development of a consistent Ashtanga yoga practice, I was initiated into the Red Lodge program: (yr 1 & 2) at the Institute for Contemporary Shamanic Studies in Toronto. There, I was trained in energy medicine, ceremonial work, and transformational rites rooted in the wisdom of Lakota and Mayan lineages.

 

I later completed my Illumination Healing certification with The Four Winds and later I undertook a personal pilgrimage to the Andes Mountains. Upon completion of this journey, I received the Great Karpay Initiations, commonly known as the Munay Ki Rites distributed with love by Dr. Alberto Villoldo and The Four Winds.

 

Following this period of training and initiation, I began guiding others in shamanic journeying and offering initiations and healing work in Ontario. I also received Reiki Level I and II certifications, integrating Reiki with shamanic energy medicine to support holistic healing and balance.

 

In 2022, I relocated to Nova Scotia, Canada, where I deepened my yoga and meditation practice. In 2026 I earned certification as a Spiritual Life Coach, Intuitive Energy Healer, and non-therapeutic hypnotherapist. 

In the near future I plan to facilitate remote online sessions and coaching for individuals as well as continue in-person sessions.
