Cancellation Policy

​At SIVANA Healing, we value your time and ours. Appointments are reserved specifically for you, and late cancellations limit our ability to offer that time to other clients.

24-Hour Notice Required

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the session fee.

• This includes cancellations due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or forgotten appointments.

No-Shows

• Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice may also be charged 50% of the session fee.
